What we collect
For parking customers: name, mobile number, email address, and a postal address for those who ask to be sent letters. For volunteers: name, mobile number, email address, and the shifts and hours they work.
We do not collect payment card details. Customers pay by check.
How we use it
To run game-day parking: to send you your parking pass, to ask whether you are coming so a spare space can be offered to somebody else, to remind volunteers of shifts, and to keep a record of hours worked toward camp credit.
Your mobile number
We do not share, sell, rent or trade mobile numbers or any other personal information with third parties. Numbers are used only to send the messages described here, through our messaging provider (Twilio), which processes them on our behalf and for no other purpose.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messages
You receive texts only after agreeing on our sign-up page. Message frequency varies, roughly 2–6 messages per game week during football season. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Opting out is honoured immediately and recorded.
Keeping and removing your information
We keep records for the current season and past seasons so we can plan and account for volunteer hours. Ask us and we will delete your details, except where we must keep a record of money received.
